The story of Little Carl begins with the childhood of Danish composer Carl Nielsen.
We meet the older Carl who falls asleep, and in dreams transports us to episodes from his early days.
The show includes many of Carl Nielsen’s well-known songs and polkas, and his music supports the story during the entire production.
This is a musically choreographed performance, humorous without words, in which puppetry is combined with black theatre.
